Cata combines advanced safety and vehicle-control training gained through his early work with Mercedes-Benz with multiple seasons of competition in the Radical Middle East Cup. A Dubai Autodrome instructor since 2013 and private coach since 2015, he has trained aspiring racers, gentleman drivers, prominent UAE figures and drivers who later won local and international championships. His personalised tuition combines clear on-track instruction with advanced data recording and analysis to improve braking, racing lines, consistency and overall pace. His achievements include the Asian Touring Car Series championship, a WTCC Independents’ Trophy podium at Suzuka and multiple wins and podiums across D1GP, Formula Drift and the Russian Drift Series. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with conversational Japanese, Charles offers personalised track-day coaching focused on safety, confidence and faster, more consistent driving.

With over 20 years in motorsport, Francesco combines engineering, coaching, team management, and driving. His experience spans Formula SAE, GT racing, Formula Renault, Formula 4, touring cars, and Super Formula, with expertise in vehicle dynamics, telemetry, and driver development.
An accredited race instructor and coach, he has worked with racing schools and drivers through track instruction and data analysis. At Dragon Racing, he coaches Ferrari Challenge and Lamborghini Huracán drivers while supporting single-seater competition as a Race Engineer with AFC Super Formula. Safety Car duties at events strengthen his understanding of operations.

Mikhail is an international racing driver and coach with over 25 years’ experience across karting, single-seaters and touring cars.
He became Russian Champion, won the national SEAT León Cup and multiple European races, and competed as a works driver in the FIA World Touring Car Championship. He is a Master of Sports of Russia.
He has coached drivers at every stage for over 15 years. For over a decade in the Middle East, he has supported private clients and aspiring racers, delivering automotive events and manufacturer programmes.
His coaching draws on top-level international motorsport experience, developing drivers from fundamental vehicle control and driving technique through to advanced racecraft.
